Greetings Ruggers --
Please note that the try out weekend is scheduled for February 6 - 7, 2010 in Wichita, KS. All are welcome to try out for the traveling team, though we prefer that you have played for a minimum of one year. There may be some exceptions if you think you have the righ stuff - love that kind of attitude.

The team will compete in Austin, Texas on March 6- 7 versus the Texas an Easten Rockies WRFC teams. We won this tournament last year and hope you'll take part again this year.

Last year, there was some disappointment that our team combined with the Great Plains and Rio Grande LAUs. Please note that this year's team will be comprised of teams from the HOA LAU. Be ready to showcase our area of the West.

If you would like a fitness program, please send an email to tracyrucks@gmail.com and we will discuss your particular needs. The camp will begin with the 300 meter shuttle run and the40-yard dash, so you might get to practicing.

Tracy Curtis, Michelle Corr, and Holly Iker are coaching the team. If your coach is interested in joining us, please give them my email address as we would appreciate their involvement.
