Founded in 1967, the Heart of America Rugby Football Union is one of 37 Local Area Unions within USA Rugby and one of six within our Territorial Union the Western Rugby Football Union . Our member clubs are located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Oklahoma.
We have over 45 clubs that play at every level within the USA Rugby structure, including men's and women's club, college, social, and high school rugby.

It is encouraged that at least 1 member from each club subscribe to the HOA Google Groups List. All communications from the referee's society will be done via this mailing list. The list can be self-managed,
so you can add as many members of your club as you like and people who no longer wish to receive e-mails can remove themselves.

Summer AGM
The Summer Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Heart of America Rugby Football Union is Saturday, July 14at 12:00 p.m. in Kansas City, KS.
All teams must be in attendance. If a team is unable to find someone for their team who can attend, they can send a proxy. They must inform the HOA Executive Committee at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time if they are utilizing a proxy. We will have elections at this meeting. Postions are: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Publicity Chair, and Board of Governors (three seats.)
